John and his team are unlike any realtor my wife and I have ever used. They go above and beyond in ways we never imagined.When we first called John, he made himself available on our schedule. He and Tony came to our house and walked us through their thorough, 21st-century approach to selling a house. Questions via text, email, or phone were quickly answered.After walking our property, they recommended ways to better show our house and asked about our timeline for selling. We wanted to be aggressive, and John was all on board.He scheduled a listing date, stager, window washing, and the open house, all within a few days. The house was listed on a Friday, the open house was on the following Sunday, and we had an above-asking offer by Tuesday.John and Tony managed the several weeks between an accepted offer and closing.
