Cianna is a wonderful person, cheerful, and charming. She is a remarkable, expert real estate agent. While my wife and I were still in Maryland, she found us a beautiful rental in Laguna Vista, Texas and, six months later, patiently showed us homes in the area, one we eventually bought. Good decisions come from experience. I have had the honor to work with Cianna for almost a whole year now. When I decided to move from Texas to Florida I had no clue what to expect with renting my first home. When I say she took charge of everything, she took charge! She has an amazing team working by her side who continuously keep me updated with monthly check in’s, how the rental market fluctuates, and how many applications come in. Her team is professional, courteous, and always on top of their game. Keeping me in the loop with my renters needs, making sure paperwork is on point, and overall giving the type of customer service a client deserves. Working alongside Vanessa Alaniz was a great experience. Initially, I thought all realtors were the same, but was I wrong. Having Ms. Alaniz in between made our transaction so much smoother. I remember our conversation on our first call, and she said, Ill work as fast as you want me to, and I can attest that she lived up to her statement. Of course, being myself I opted to work as fast and efficient as possible. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and when she didnt have the answer she would find an answer for me. I like working with someone who does not give run arounds or take days to respond to a question as per past experiences. Ms. Alaniz constantly kept us updated on everything pertaining to the transaction. I personally do not like leaving reviews good or bad, but this time I thought it was worth my time. I did not receive anything in exchange for this review. Ms. Alaniz superseded our expectations in every aspect. She was a wonderful person that treated us like family, no lie. My wife and I will be calling Vanessa Alaniz for our future Real Estate purchases.
