House hunting with Steve Creech as our realtor was a fantastic experience. He understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home! His knowledge and understanding of the market is second to none along with an ability to treat us as family. We were first-time home buyers and Steve made the process easy to understand. If I had any questions (and I can ask a lot of an individual) he would respond at a drop of a hat. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home in the Bell County area!

We bought our home in May of this year, with the help of Hannah. She was amazing... she actually still checks in with us, often. Kim Shaw is an amazing Property Manager/Realtor who always took consideration of the time difference and made the effort to meet our schedule. She most recently handled the sale of a rental property for us and kept us completely informed and aware of every step along the process from listing to closing. I have rented from Thompson and bounds going on my third year. Never have any issues with office staff. When I need maintenance done they are prompt to get it fixed normally within 48 to 72 hours. Excellent customer service and very professional. Look no farther for a great property management company and real estate company. These people are top notch and are here to better our community.

Marci B. has been incredibly helpful when it didnt mean a sell or buy for her listing. While searching for barndominium floor plans and designs online, I came across the 535 Van Bibber property she listed and absolutely fell in love with the exterior and floor plan. While we are not looking to buy or build in the metro-Temple area, she responded quickly and professionally to my online question of whom the builder was. She did not have to help me with this, but she did. I highly recommend her based on this short, but personable and professional interaction. Thank you, Marci!
