Where do I start. Terry was the most patient person I have seen. I know I should’ve drove her crazy during this home buying process. It was rough as a first time buyer and she made me feel confident every time I thought it was folding. She has also helped two of my coworkers. One has closed and the other is in the process. Teri Grubb was referred to me by a close friend to start my journey for homeownership in TX. I sold a home in DE and was nervous about finding a home in the difficult housing market in the DFW area. Teri was so knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking during the search. I placed bids on multiple homes and was getting discouraged, but Teri was positive I would find what I wanted...and she was right! We found my dream home, my bid was accepted, and I was able to move in only 6 months after moving to TX. Teri was wonderful and I highly recommend working with her! You wont be disappointed!
