We purchased a home over 2 years ago with Tenesha. She always shows that she is still here for us even after closing on our home years later. Our entire household was excited to receive a gift from her in the mailbox today. We are grateful for every single email, video link, gift, home tips, advice on taxes... everything that she did while we were in the process of buying, and everything she still does for us now that were all settled in. Tenesha would let us know if a house would be too small to start off with or what to look for when viewing a house. Tenesha is a lifesaver. Im a first time home buyer. As a single woman my biggest fear was that I would be pressured into buying something that I really didnt want . During our first meeting, Tenesha asked what I liked to do and where my friends and family lived. She made it clear that she wanted me to be comfortable in my home. I thought that I had limited options, but because of Teneshas extensive knowledge of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I was introduced to areas that werent on my radar. Before putting in an offer, she shared her strategy with me and provided data about the neighborhood. Im extremely organized so having that paperwork in front of me really put my mind at ease. Im very satisfied with my purchase and plan on recommending and using Tenesha for all of my realtor needs.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the sales experience we had working with Tenesha. We had some misunderstanding at the beginning of the process but we were very impressed by how Tenesha handled it. She won our hearts from that moment. At a point, we told her to stop searching for a home since it seemed impossible to find what we were looking for within our budget Her fighting spirit did not let her give up. She restrategized, and found us a new team to work with. Her negotiating skill is next to none.
