    In a big City like Dallas, it can be difficult to find a Realtor thatā€™s honest and observant for the home youā€™re looking for, itā€™s also difficult to find a Realtor that will be by your side through the whole process. We were blessed to find Matt Templeton who was always there to answer any of our questions and didnā€™t hesitate to find an answer when we needed it. The process of buying a home scared us at first but having an experienced Realtor who knows the DFW market really made the process exciting and way less stressful. If we ever decide to sell our home, Matt will definitely be our sellers agent. However, we do love our new Home!

    Templeton Real Estate Group has been my go-to real estate company for both buying and selling property in the Dallas metroplex. I came into the metroplex 3+ years ago from out of state and was referred to the firm from a relator friend. I couldnt have had a better experience! I was like I was almost family throughout the process. If I had a question, they had an answer. We couldnt be down there to look at houses so they went out of their way to film walk-throughs. It was some of the best service wed had to that point and it set the gold standard.Come 3+ years later when were moving back out of state and no questions asked, this is the first call we made. And sure enough, Matt Templeton and his team were amazing yet again! This time we had the pleasure of working with Christen Nutter for our realtor - who was beyond phenomenal! She helped us understand the theory of how they sell and what we needed to do to prepare our house for their sales style. All said and done, we sold within a week after listing! And I should say it wasnt just Christen who was amazing but the whole team!!Even better, they all helped broker the relationship so at closing it really felt like a win-win for both buyer and seller. When was the last time you heard that from a home purchase?One footnote I realized later on: the agency runs with a 6.5% commission for sellers as compared to the standard 6% that I have typically seen. That said, for what they did such as their presence at showings to promote your property, their effort in the marketing campaign and the overall value they provided, Id argue that 0.5% is well earned. At the end of our contract I did not have any qualms with this based on the attention wed recieved and effort put in. Its a unique model and I think it totally works!Thank you Templeton Group!

    Andrew and his team were wonderful to work with. They made the process of selling our house easy and stress free. They went above and beyond to solve issues that came up during the selling of our home. For example: we found out there was a lien on our property from 2 owners ago that we had no idea about. Andrew and his team put together evidence showing that the lien was not ours and made countless phone calls on our behalf to get the lien released. Ultimately we got it released and weā€™re able to sell our house for top dollar. I would highly recommend the Templeton Real Estate Team.

As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about this huge financial decision I was about to make that would have such a huge impact on our lives.
