Selling our home was a new process for us and she patiently walked us through each step and answered all our questions. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Tanya. Right before we hired her, we painted every room and installed carpet. So, when she got the job our house was in complete disarray. She didn’t let that bother her at all. She was able to see past the craziness we felt and give us a timeline to get our house on the market plus a showing within days of the installation being complete. She also personally staged our house and brought in furniture to give it a more modern feel.Throughout our entire process from selling to buying a house, she was very responsive. She would return our text or calls almost immediately. I felt like we were her only clients even though she was working with other people. Then when the buyer’s agent would bring up a potential problem, Tanya was always quick to resolve it. She constantly worked to get us the best outcome in each situation. Bought my first house with my husband through Tanya in 2020. As our first experience with a realtor, she set some pretty high standards. She was very sweet and helpful and honest with us. I would recommend her to anyone. Granted, we were fortunate enough to have a pretty easy process, but we had a great experience with her. Tanya is an incredible realtor and all around human being. I had a unique home buying journey in that my reason for buying was not as exciting or joyous at the start but rather stressful. Working with Tanya however had me feeling more and more excited to the point where, by the end of it all, I genuinely was in love with our choice and very very happy! Tanya took the time to learn me so well she was reading my mind and knew immediately what I was thinking upon entry into each home. I felt very safe and confident with Tanya. She felt like an extremely knowledgable friend who cared very much that I find the right place. I even think my starting budget was below her typical clientele and she stayed patient and understanding every step along the way. I am happy for us both that it turned out my true desires were higher than where we started. Even still, Tanya urged me that I was looking outside my budget whenever I was (very much like the good friend who asks Are you SURE youd wear that more than once?) but it was obvious to us both when we walked into the home I eventually chose that it was the right one. Every person I have heard mentioning theyre moving to DFW, I immediately bring up Tanya. I dont think there is anyone else Id consider home searching with. She found me a home that is beautiful, has a great layout, and will be a fantastic investment. In another instance she helped me negotiate and (Im sorry Tanya!) took a little bit of extra time out of her personal life to make sure I was in position for a bidding war that we were both relieved fell through. (Fell through due to my limitations and the sellers lack of transparency). All this to say... You can really tell how much of a quality professional this woman is. Not every realtor will be as knowledgable or detail oriented and tailors to your needs as her. She was such an excellent person to have on my side to evaluate costs and investment. (Especially because I know nothing of DFW! I continuously get emails to this day about how much my home is appreciating)I have attached a photo of my husband and I enjoying our new home on Day 1 after closing. It had been quite the journey for us, but the one stable and highly positive aspect through it was working with Tanya and trusting her to do us right and make us laugh a lot. So much love for Tanya and her team.

We sold our home and bought a new one with the help of Tanya ONeil and she could not have made it easier.Tanya was always available when we needed her to look at homes, and when we needed repairs after a storm she made sure they were done in a timely manner in a way that did not affect our closing date. There was even an issue during our final walkthrough and sure enough, by the time we got the keys, everything was perfect! When we first sat down about selling we had an idea about what it would list for, but her extensive knowledge of the market soon proved us wrong! She was able to sell our home for about $20,000 more than we ever thought possible. We got several compliments from friends and family about how great our listing looked, and Shana gave us great advice on which offer was the best.
