Their level of ethics, experience, drive and willingness to work through anything for their clients makes them second to none. They have a huge network of true professionals to help with every phase of the buying and selling process from finding great financing to finding the right home, getting all inspections and survey making it extremely efficient and painless. Theyll stand by your side and explain every step of the process. They helped us buying our home and theres nobody else we would recommend to friends and family. It was a pleasure buying a home with their help. If we could do it again, we would go to them again in a heartbeat! We love them!

Tammy and team were simply amazing every step of the way. From doing the initial analysis of our old home, market comps, the selling process and finding a new home! Her team was able to put our house on the market and had a final offer within 48 hours! She has a large pull of experts for every step of the way and holds them all to the highest expectations that way her clients are well cared for! Tammy & Julio were absolutely amazing! They helped us purchase our first home and they made the entire experience a pleasant one. I was expecting for the process to be difficult and while it had some hard moments, they made it better. From finding the house, to closing, and now even after; Tammy and Julio have been with us every step of the way and are incredibly helpful.They made us feel like we were their only client: they were showing us houses every free moment we had, they answered all of our questions, and were constantly encouraging us. I feel like we have new friends and we will definitely be using them again in the future.You guys rock!!!

Tammy and her team were wonderful to work with. She has an extensive network and was able to get us in to see the house we bought before it even hit the market! We were looking for a specific builder, in a specific neighborhood, and a specific floor plan, and she knew exactly where to look and where that builder built within a large neighborhood (VOWS). She was on top of everything during the whole process and was just fun to work with! I highly recommend Tammy and her team!!

Cant say enough nice things. Tammy and Billy both worked tirelessly with us, to get us in our new home. Our circumstances werent perfect by any means, we werent paying cash, and we didnt have the flexibility to throw $50k+ over asking on homes. But they told us time and time again, the right home would come and it would all work out. And guess what...it did! They gave us the confidence to be aggressive while still staying within our means, got us in to see every house we wanted to, and were willing to write up offers at a moments notice. That persistence coupled with a thorough understanding of the real estate market, paid off and we cant wait to move into our new home!

This is more than a company these people show up to fund raisers, host fund raisers, help people in the community, establish relationships, pick up friends kids from school when help is needed and even cook dinner for us when we are having hard times. They arent just some BS firm that only cares about a quick buck....they are family. Ive written a handful of reviews but this one is one of the most important.
