I cant say enough good things about Ms Nicole Hurd. I am sometimes considered hard to please--though I dont think I am...I just expect other people to do what I do: Do what they say when they say theyll do it and actually answer messages and keep me updated. I happened to end up with Nicole as my realtor by happenstance. I sent an online request for information about a listed property after not getting a response from the listing agent over a period of days. I thank The Universe that Nicole is the one who responded! I feel she has been the perfect match for my personality and she is very easygoing and conscientious all the way around, so I suspect she would be a good match for just about any personality. I was first in contact on 04/26/2022, she showed me the property 2 days later and by the end of day on 04/28/2022, we had our offer accepted. Just closed on the property yesterday 05/24/2022 simply because we had to wait for various things to happen. I live over 100 miles from the property I purchased, and I cannot imagine working with anyone else. Nicole was my eyes, ears, and feet on the ground and helped me out in numerous ways that saved me a good bit of personal time and headache. She is crazy fast at responding to messages.
