Tamika is an outstanding real estate agent! She recently represented us in the purchase of an investment property using a 1031 exchange. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries, and persistant in getting responses from the selling agent. She is respectful and did a masterful job negotiating our offer and helping to close early. We will definitely select her to represent us again!

I’m blessed to have had the opportunity to have Tamika has my realtor. I hadn’t purchased a home in years and sometimes regret selling the homes I bought. I knew one day I wanted to purchase again but the economy and the housing market has been a challenge. The experience that I had with Mrs. Tamika Harrison as my realtor is hard to put into words. I am a single mother of 2 children who knew she wanted a home but had no idea how to go about it.
