I really wanted to give this company a 5 star rating and refer clients (I’m a Realtor) but I have been waiting for almost a month for the deed to be recorded so I can began renovations… The home is unlivable (bought as an investment property) yet I can’t begin reconstruction work with the city until the recorded deed is filed.. However, I have a $1900 mortgage payment coming up April 1st 🙄.. haven’t even been able to tear the home down yet.. more expenses to pay when all I need to move forward is a recorded deed.. smhUpdate: 3/23/2022 ~ 4:31pm CSTRecorded deed provided. Yes, Ede is the absolute best (which is why I wanted to rate 5 stars initially) but the process for a first time purchase with the company was confusing. I am updating my review to 5 stars because everyone responded professionally to resolve my issue. Thank you! I truly appreciate the professionalism with this matter.

These people give out high interest loans to people with bad credit or no credit. I searched public records for a property they have for sale and it came up with sale deeds to five different individuals. So they sell at high interest rates, people cant pay, they repossess the property and the cyle continie. Of course this is my speculative assumption. But if you intend to build right away and once completed either sell it or gey conventional bank loan. In thay case they are superb. Gives you an opportunity to get in the real estate business. People are real friendly and courteous.
