Steve was extremely helpful throughout my process to purchase an investment property in San Antonio. I got to know him through an introduction via my friend.Since I was new to property investment, he kindly walked me through the current market overview and things I should look after. When I visited San Antonio, he spent an entire weekend with me to tour around the city and several properties.As many people know, housing market is extremely competitive but advise he gave me during the bidding process was reasonably aggressive and in less than 3 months from our initial contact we successfully closed a deal. Most importantly, he was able to find a new tenant in 4 days after the closing which was big relief since it was investment property.Very professional, humble, and timely response with good knowledge in the housing market. If you are looking to own a house, I strongly recommend him as your agent.

Steve helped us purchase an investment home few months back.From search to finding a home, every process was very professional. He was very kind and patient with us explaining to us every thing and fighting for us with the homebuilder. He has keen attention to details and made sure we didnt run into any difficult or annoying problems. He also tried his best to help us cut down any prices through getting third-party fence-staining, installing garage-door openers, etc...I highly recommend him. 추천드립니다.
