We selected Nick with Steve Grant Real Estate due to his demeanor, general interest into understanding why we are moving and patience with us he displayed. He was thorough and professional in his recommendations in the listing. I am glad we chose him as we had a lot of showings in the first week with an offer in 8 days. Steve Grant’s team was flawless in our experience. We had looked at several places before we met them. After an exhausting experience in the home search we found a place that we were interested in. We met with Nick Grant to view it. It was a lovely home in Athens and needed updating. We had an extensive conversation with Nick and decided that we wanted him to be our buyers agent. He was wonderful, honest, no pressure and available whenever we reached out during the whole process all the way through closing. We felt as if we were dealing with friends throughout the experience.
