Stephanie was incredibly helpful and awesome to work with throughout the entire process of selling my house. I was not in the area so that made it even more challenging. She made it stress free! She had a good knowledge of the market and gave excellent service at every step, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. From working through the asking price to working through issues from the buyer’s inspection that needed to be addressed, to working out a closing time that fit my schedule, to closing the deal. All along the way she was a wealth of knowledge for any questions I had. I had an offer within about two weeks (and another in the wings if it fell through) and ended up taking the first offer, so everything went quicker than I was expecting. I am so glad that I decided to work with Stephanie! She is Superb to work with, I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy!

Stephanie went above and beyond for us. She was the absolute best, I will recommend her time and time again. She helped even after the house was bought and really didnt have any dealings with us anymore. She has answered every silly question we had and even learned a new rating scale :)

I absolutely loved working with Stephanie! She is very tenacious; she does what it takes to get the job done and find you the perfect place for your family. She never made me feel like an inconvenience, was responsive and I found comfort knowing that she would handle all of the paperwork and if anything was held up with the seller’s realtor, title company, loan officer, etc. due to her bold and firm personality. She’s practical and realistic, tells you what you need to hear about each home and gives you options/possibilities for each depending on your situation. If we purchase more land or move, I’d use Stephanie each time!
