I don’t typically ever leave reviews, but this one is well deserved. I can’t say enough good things about Jim and his team. They were phenomenal. We were in a unique situation handling the sale of an estate property from out of town and Jim went above and beyond to turn a very overwhelming process into something manageable.Jim’s deep knowledge of the market and realistic approach were a tremendous help in selling the property quickly and to our satisfaction. It also helps if you come to the table being realistic, too, though. Despite this being a very modest commission sale (and that’s probably putting it generously), Jim treated it with the same care and attention one would expect for a substantially high value sale. He is someone who keeps his word and shows up for his clients (literally!).Before finding Jim, I worked with another realtor who tried to exploit our situation by massively undervaluing the property and sale potential, hoping to steer us toward a “convenient” cash offer that would benefit them. All under the guise of sympathy. Something didnt seem right, which led me to consult with another realtor for a second opinion. Jim was nothing less than a breath of fresh air. He was honest, professional and genuine. Whenever I had questions or needed some guidance, he always made himself available and was resourceful. Even after the sale, he checked in to see if we needed any help tying up some loose ends that weren’t his responsibility…he’s just that kind of person.Bottom line – if you want a realtor who combines market expertise with genuine care for their clients, Jim is your guy and his team are your people. If we ever need a realtor in Lubbock again, we wouldn’t even consider working with anyone else.

Great personality and communicator! Can’t find a better realtor who is personable! I have worked with the Jim Archer team on both buying and selling my home and always felt confident in my choice of realtor. They took their time to walk me through every step of the process, and ensured I was fully aware of everything going on. They helped with confirming my lender, submitting and fielding offers, setting up photos and open houses, and were always a text or phone call away. The owner, Jim, made a point of being personally involved and checking in throughout the buying and selling process to ensure I was comfortable and any question I asked was addressed, no matter how frivolous or mundane. They made sure to contact me whenever any new detail came up and kept me apprised of all the goings on. They personally handled everything and made the process simple and easy, even during turbulent personal periods and global pandemics. I can’t recommend anyone more highly for handling your home buying and selling process than the Jim Archer Team.
