Mary Ellen Franklin worked with us and found us the perfect lot and the perfect builder here in Bastrop Texas. She kept us informed of everything as it was so hard to build a house when we lived 2100 miles away. She worked tirelessly with the builder, on the progress updates and sending photos. She even helped when it came to picking out tile colors with the builder. You will not find a more knowledgable and awesome realtor. She will find you the best deals and work with you on every detail. Highly recommend using her you will be very glad you did. Cant say enough good things about her.

Randy was a pleasure to work with. In this market I wasnt sure if I would find the right home, but Randy made it possible. He was able to find a builder for a new construction home and walked me every step of the way. I am a first time home buyer and had tons of questions that he was able to answer. He went out to the site during the entire process and shared pictures of all updates. Anytime I called, text, or emailed he was available always. Thank you Randy for all your hard work!!!
