There are no words to express how grateful I am that I met Ashton and Matt Morgan with Stafford Team! From our first meeting, I knew that they were passionate about the work that they do and made me feel at ease about the process. Matt and Ashton are so patient and personable, and what I loved most about working with them both was the time that they took to understand my familys needs and guide me through a process that I thought was going to be stressful and complicated. Not once did I have any concerns and I know that their support, compassion, and extremely detailed knowledge of the market and the process is what put my mind at ease. I wish I could buy another house just to work with them again, but in the meantime I will continue to sing their praises to everyone that I can. This Team is exceptional and I know that I was working with two of the most wonderful people I have ever met. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family, we are so happy and love our new home and could not have done it without you!

Charles and Debbie have helped us with both a purchase and a sale in Denton, TX. We cant praise them highly enough. Their knowledge of the neighborhoods and the local market is unsurpassed. They have connections to anyone and everyone you might need for a real estate transaction: lenders, home inspectors, contractors, CPAs, etc.Aside from their skills as realtors, they are genuninely nice people with deep roots in the Denton community.We recommend their services to all of our friends and will certainly use them again when the time comes.

I could not be happier about my experience with Matt and Ashton at Stafford Team. Their years of experience in the industry and Matts past experience in mortgages already put them ahead of the typical realtors, but when you add in their dedication and communication (prompt, professional, very clear and will explain everything)...I cant imagine it gets any better than this. My fiance and I recently worked with them for the purchase of our first home and prior to entering the market we heard a lot of stories from friends and family, about sub-par realtors either mucking up the process or just plainly not having their clients best interests in mind. This was not our experience at all working with Matt and Ashton. Not once did we feel like they were too busy or not available for us. When something needed to be done quickly they were ON IT. The entire process was so easy and smooth, and that was entirely due to Matt and Ashton and that we took their recommendations for an amazing lender. They work with a great title company as well so really everyone we came into contact with was wonderful. I came prepared on my end and listened to their good advice. Im now sitting in my new amazing home, and a little in disbelief that the process was such a breeze. I will definitely be going back to them when we are ready for our investment property.

Ashton & Matt were really helpful during the process of selling and buying our homes in two different cities, they walked us through the steps very smoothly and they were always on top of things.We told them our timeline needs and they explained to us how the events needed to be set up and helped us to make it happen.The final result was that we were able to move from our previous home to the new one, thanks to them making the closing dates to match with our needs.Overall a great experience. I highly recommend the Stafford Team for any real state needs.

Anything you would have to do, Ashton will quickly convert to a DocuSign and send it our way. We were out of towners and she made it a point to show us houses everyday. Stafford Team FOR THE MAJOR WIN! We decided to move back to my hometown area from 4 hours away. We hired Matthew and Ashton to be our realtors and we are so thankful and absolutely blown away at the quality and speed of everything. They treated us like family and the communication and professionalism was unparalleled in every way. I expected a long and painful experience no matter who we hired. I thought thats just how it was with the current real estate market. I never imagined buying a house would be this easy with such little effort on our part. They educated and guided us through the entire process and made us feel confident and comfortable, which is exactly what we needed as first-time homebuyers. Matthew and Ashton are good people and great realtors. They really know what they’re doing and explained everything to us step-by-step. They answered all our questions honestly and quickly. Matthew and Ashton advocated for our needs during negotiations and have continued to provide quality resources and recommendations for us as new homeowners even after closing. They relieved a lot of the stress and anxiety we had about buying a house and now we have a wonderful home and couldn’t be happier! They are AMAZING!

They bent over backwards trying to accommodate us while we were in town; when we were not in town they FaceTimed us so we could see the houses.
