Professional, knowledgable, responsive, & effective . Stacy is not the typical realtor who rushed to the market for a quick buck during the boom cycle. She’s a consummate real estate professional with more experience and knowledge than 95% of agents and she is far more effective than your cousin just got his/her real estate license. If you’re thinking about buying or selling right now, do yourself a favor and entrust your investment in someone with a history of delivering results. This was my wife and I’s first home sale and there were several factors adding stress to the entire transaction but Stacy was ALWAYS available for our questions or concerns and never hesitated to explain things in a way that brought us some peace of mind. At the end of the day, despite a slowing market, she delivered on closing our sale roughly 15-20 days quicker than market average and above comps. I call that a win in any market condition.

Stacy always goes above and beyond. We just purchased our second home with the help of Stacy. She is reliable and extremely knowledgeable. She knows the market and knows what to look for when doing a walk through. She is the number one advocate for her clients and makes sure you know what you are getting when you choose a home. We have referred her to multiple family members and they will also continue to use her for future home purchases.
