So back in 2020, right as covid 19 hit, I found this little gem of a house. I fell in love with it but it was just a liitle bit over my budget. I asked Gabe, my realtor, if we could ask for less. Gabe didnt hesitate and worked very hard to get this house within my budget. Gabe is very knowledgeable in his craft. He works hard to help his clients get the home of their dreams. I tell you because of the pandemic, i almost quit on getting this house but he assured me i would get it if i truly wanted it. A few months later i got my home. I would definitely recommend Gabe if you are looking to buy a home, he is friendly and he will walk you through the process of getting your home. Buying a home can be a long process and sometimes frustrating but he will always look out for your best intrest.

When our landlord announced she was putting our Deep Eddy bungalow on the market, my wife and I were worried about finding a home and qualifying for a mortgage in a difficult market– enter Samantha Breeland.After she took us on a tour of three homes, we found “THE ONE”, and yes I was just as shocked and thrilled to find it so early in the process.
