I would highly recommend Vivian Plain if you are looking for a real estate agent . We had to sell our home while we were living out of state and needed someone to trust to get the job done. Vivian will take the lead and knows what to do to get a home sold. She was available for us whenever we needed her and went out of her way to ensure the home was the best and ready to sell. She was helpful in getting resources we needed and communicated the activity of our home while it was on the market. In the end I would recommend her if you are looking for a trustworthy professional real estate agent.

Zillow pick one realter for me and we met to see three different houses. and I immediately noticed that he was very kind, transparent and knowledgeable. Me and my husband reached out to our local FB page for a realtor in our town and Kylie Hessey hit everything we were looking for in a realtor. Communication was very important to me when looking for someone to sell our home. Kylie sent me a sample of listings she had done previously and explained her process very thoroughly. I ask a lot of questions at all hours of the day and night and she was very quick with a response. There was even a time where she was in the ER with her son and she got back to me and apologized for the delay (there truly was no rush) but truly appreciated that she took the time to respond. I had a great experience with my realtor Kris McWhorter. I met him through a listing I saw on Zillow a few years ago and even though it took me awhile to buy a house, Kris was helpful and patient the whole time. I finally decided to buy a new build home in January 2024 and closed finally July 2024 and the whole time Kris was always on top of everything. He always checked in with a builder and everyone involved with my new house and made sure they were doing their job properly. As an engineer I’m very detail oriented and particular about everything I do so I appreciate Kris’ professionalism and him wanting everything to be perfect for me as a client. I decided to buy a home with KBHome and even though their sales agent told me I don’t necessarily need a realtor I decided to have Kris as my realtor and I’m glad I made that choice. There was a few issues along the way with my house not being built exactly how it was shown in the blueprints, and Kris talked to the builder about the problem I was facing and resolved everything efficiently. I got Shauns contact from a friend who had worked with him recently, and who had found him after bad experiences with some other realtors. So, even before I started working with him, I had an idea that he would be good. However, I did not anticipate that he would be that awesome! Since it was my first time purchasing a property, I needed a lot of hand holding and assurances. He took all my criteria into consideration, and made suggestions wherever necessary. Never pushed me to take a deal and promptly answered all my queries. Since I am out of town, I could not physically visit the properties I liked. He drove to around 7-8 properties for me, made detailed videos, ran the comps and even gave his own recommendations on the price we should bid at. After the bidding process was done and we had settled on a property, he helped me with his contacts whenever I asked him - from lenders to inspectors to contractors. You can see that he is experienced from his ability to spot any potential problems from miles away. His work ethic, promptness and punctuality are inspiring to say the least. In almost 2 months of working on this deal, he has never once responded to me later than 12 hours or so. Finally, he made sure that the close process was not stressful for me. Kris has been really good to work with. He has removed a lot of the stressors that go along with real estate purchases. He is cery savvy, knows the business, anticipates my needs extremely well. He showed us a property, prepared the offer with some back and forth, and had an answer that day. He had an option of three inspectors ready to go and was there at the inspection. A key question he asked the inspector was what kind of skilled person do we need to do some of the repairs. That question really put everything into perspective. You dont need a licensed plumber when a handyman can do the job. So far so good...on a path to close in three weeks.
