Please dont hesitate to give Karen a call for your real estate needs. She also has an awesome office manager, Sharyn and they make one heck of a great team to meet your buying, lease, or selling needs. Karen met with us on a couple occasions and took notes and addressed our concerns to purchase a house and the selling of our old house. Karen and Sharyn helped keep us informed with the various communication between various parties involved during real estate transactions(inspections, builder, agents, surveys, loan officer, showings, title commitment etc.). With confidence, we plan to use Karen Gulick again for our home, recreational(farm and ranch) or entrepreneur real estate needs. At the office, she has a warm and welcoming waiting room and a meeting room with a large table with large TV for various media items to display via computer.My wife and I want to thank you for yalls expertise and kindness.

Lauren Hayward was so great to work with! Not only was she able to answer all our questions but she definitely had our back. We were looking for some land to invest in and she was patient with our search and need for working through failed offers and offers that required many updates. We ran into some snags and unique situations in our search but she communicated effectively and quickly and got any changes done to get an accepted offer. Hannah was our realtor when we bought land in Floresville and we were so happy with her, we used her again to sell a another property we had. That property was located 4 hours away so we thought we might have to get a realtor local to that area, but Hannah went above and beyond to take care of the sale for us amd even travelled all the way to the location! It was a great feeling knowing we had someone so knowledgeable handling everything! She is not only knowledgeable about about house sales, but land sales as well. Which is great because she is familiar with all of the agricultural aspects of land sales, which was really important for us as we had a vested interest in the hunting opportunities and limitations available on any property we would purchase. We highly recommend her for your realty needs!
