I had an Amazing experience with Kennedi Gregory! Moving from out of town can be hard, but Kennedi was so helpful, patient, and took her time to explain all questions we had at any time! She was very quick to respond! She also took care of a bad experience we had with one of the realtors for a property we put an application in for.. She ensured that we would have a way better experience with a different property! And we did and found our house! Thank you Kennedi, you are wonderful!!

Jerry has been my realtor for the past 3 years and he is amazing at what he does. He’s passionate about his job and it’s evident in how he goes out of his way to help those looking for a perfect home. He’s helped my family and I with our first home rental when we recently moved to austin 3 years ago. Made the process so fluid, efficient and professional. Not to mention how understanding and big hearted he is as he vouches strongly for you! Kennedi Gregory was absolutely great. I could not imagine finding a better agent. We were renting from out of town and Kennedi was so flexible and understanding. Especially because, it was the first time going through this process, we didn’t know all of the questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with someone who had my best interest at heart. I would recommend Kennedi to anyone. She is responsive, knowledgeable, reliable, and awesome at her job.

Kennedi is very communicative! That was big plus for me, any question we had she answered and she stayed in touch with us throughout the process. She was not overbearing like sales people in a furniture store she allows you to think about the home and allows YOU to go to her with your final decision. We got updated listings daily of rent homes and when it was time to view Kennedi made a map and it was a smooth transition from one house to the next. I highly recommend using Sold Austin! No hassle and you can definitely find a home within your budget! Our very first rent home and we love it!

K- went above and beyond to find us the right homes to see. She was flexible and helped manage things on the ground since we couldn’t be here for portions of the home buying process. When we came in to town for final visits she put together a things to do and places to eat guide to make sure our family was taken care of.
