Greg Potts did an excellent job selling our home in February 2020. We signed with him on a Tuesday and by Saturday of that same week we had a contract in hand for 100% of our asking price. I especially appreciate Gregs knowledge and expertise when it came to pricing our home, which allowed us to get the best possible price in the shortest amount of time with the fewest number of showings. The entire process was painless and he is a delight to work with. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

Working with Greg and his team was a very pleasant experience and he made the process of selling our home incredibly easy. After referring a stager to help stage our home, he set up a professional to come take video and pics. His hard work and knowledge really showed in our listing. Greg was always available for our calls and very responsive to our emails. I will definitely choose him again when that time comes. Him giving back a portion of the sale to our charity was icing on the cake.

The lack of postings here on Google says nothing about the services and care my wife and I received from Social Realtys, Joshua Evans. This was our first home purchase so we had a ton of questions throughout the process of offering and losing in this current Texas market, but Josh remained patient and courteous with us from the beginning to the end. Not once were we pressured into making a decision, he took his time to answer all questions, not a whiff of hesitation to see multiple properties, and Josh gave us the assurance we needed that he had our best interest at heart. I am very grateful that Josh was directed our way and I wish him and Social Realty continued success. I will surely refer his services to anyone I know looking for a Real Estate agent. Also Josh has this AWESOME transaction coordinator named Miriam Mize that stays on top of everything. EVERYTHING. We decided to buy a new house and which meant adding the stress of putting our old house on the market and Greg was helpful setting expectations on timing, maximizing value and equity as well as helping with staging, pictures and video at the start of all the uncertainty related to Covid-19 shutdowns. Last year I came over to Social from a big box brokerage and could not have been happier. My experience with Greg and the rest of the Social agents have exceeded all my expectations for what I want and need out of the brokerage that I hang my license at. All social agents contribute back to their community with a portion of each commission going to the charity of our clients choice. This honestly needs to be a practice for all active agents and brokers. Greg and Hayden are amazing everything went smooth and quickly even was able to close at Fuzzys in Mansfield (Noble notery) to close when was convient for myself (Auto Sales) and my wife (Teacher). Closed 3 weeks early. Also we loved Social Realtys missoni to give back on every sale through Social Anthropy, we gave to Texas Scottish Rite who helped me as a child. Great trust worthy guys.
