We wanted to leave a review to share our experience with Rafael and the team at Skyline Realty. Rafael and Skyline Realty were extremely professional and supportive during the whole process. After the initial closing of our home we encountered a couple of issues that was not discovered during the inspection and was serious in nature that was causing damage to various locations in the home. This was reported in the proper time but the response time by the listing agent company was extremely poor and we needed immediate solutions to these issues. We are certainly thankful that Rafael and Skyline Realty Plano stood behind us and provided great support and monitored the repairs and response from the listing agent.
