We had a previous Agent for 6 months, and she was VERY slow to respond and a couple deals fell through.We hired Beau Greene because he was extremely quick in replying to our calls/messages. After no more than 2 weeks, we had an offer accepted on a 1-day-old listing.If you want an upper echelon service, go with Beau.

We had a wonderful experience with Pam Butler as our realtor. Moving from out of state, we were unsure of the neighborhoods or areas that would fit our needs, both personal and professional. Pam took the time to inform us of all the advantages and disadvantages of each area and neighborhood. When negotiating for the house, it was clear that Pam was on our side and had our best interests in mind. So much so that we backed out of one house when the builder could not guarantee a solution to an issue due to Pam’s advice. Pam then negotiated for us in a new area with another builder and we couldn’t be happier. We put our trust in Pam and she took that to heart and got us our home here in Texas. Pam has continued to check up on us and that kind of commitment and dedication to quality service you can never put a price on. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend Pam and her company, Simien Properties. In fact, I recommend only her when people ask me about buying or selling here.

We have used Pam Butler, Realtor for two home purchases. Not only was she attentive and suggestive to our needs and future needs, she became a good friend along the way. Our agent Chelsea Moser from Simien Properties is on top of her game. She is very hardworking and dedicated. She answers my calls/texts promptly. I dont think this lady ever sleeps until she gets you your dream home! We are first time home buyer and just moved from other State less than a year ago. It is nerve-racking experience for my family. Chelsea has a calm personality but aggressive on her profession which is exactly what we needed. My husband and I work a lot, so we thought it will be a while before we find our home. We dont have the time to look around, and we are very specific on the area that we want. However, Chelsea found us our dream home in less than 2 weeks and with just 2 viewings! It is within the area and the budget we discussed with extra other good deals on the side! What a hustler! Good job Chelsea. Well surely recommend her to our friends and families.

I’m a first time home buyer...completely lost and scared! We had met plenty of other realtors while looking at houses, but never felt comfortable enough with anyone to trust them with such an important role in our lives. Until we met Teri, of course. I didn’t know what the first step to buying a home was and she helped me every step of the way.
