My husband and I have been renting with this company for over a year. Whenever we’ve put in a repair request, they respond and come out immediately. I love that they have yard maintenance every Tuesday. It literally upgrades the look of the community. My husband and I pray for our neighbors and neighborhood and so far so good. We are blessed to be in a nice home in a good neighborhood with a great company.

We had a great experience leasing from this company. Maintenance is A+, always prompt and efficient in handling requests. The office staff maintained a high level of professionalism, which we really appreciated. All the rental processes were handled quickly and made very easy for our family beginning to end. Our property manager, Nicole, was outstanding. She was always pleasant, reliable, and helpful. Highly recommend Shipman Companies to anyone considering renting.

Shipman and companies are a fantastic company! Ive had a great experience with them. They have always been very responsive to my maintenance needs if and when needed. Melissa is my property manager and I feel like shes a friend as well! I cant say enough great things about this amazing company!

We started of renting our house and then became aware that we could purchase it. We were a newlywed couple and didnt really have any credit and had been turned down by lots of lending companies. They worked with us and financed the house to us. They give you a few years to get the house refinanced through an actual lending company. Very nice and have always worked with us if we needed something. We have been in our house for 5 years now.

I have rented several commercial spaces over the years. Normally I have had a bad relationship with landlords because of various reasons in sure any business owner would agree with. Shipman Companies has by far been the greatest landlord I have ever had for commercial space. Very attentive to my needs as a renter. David & Melissa have always been a pleasure to do business with and have also supported my business for their own needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for residential or commercial space. Thanks guys for always taking care of me. :-)

I have rented multiple homes from Shipman Properties. The properties were delivered clean and were well maintained. The property manager responded promptly and addressed any issues as they arose. The company went above and beyond to make sure our experience was excellent. The property received weekly landscaping and periodic insect treatment. Renting from Shipman Properties was truly a worry-free experience.

Melissa was the BEST!!! I was living in a house and the landlord sold it. I had 30 days to find a new house. Melissa showed me one property, and it was great, but a little small for my family. Then showed me a second house. I loved it!! Melissa got the house ready for move in in just a matter of days. Me and my family are very happy with the house. Between Melissa and the friendly staff, I think Ill be with them for awhile.
