Working with Shenelle was an absolute pleasure! From the start, she was incredibly attentive to what we were looking for, even though finding a home with land was outside her usual focus. She took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to find the perfect place, never giving up—even when the search got tough. Along the way, she became more than just our realtor; she became a friend who genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our choice. One of the things we appreciated most was how comfortable she made us feel asking questions—no matter how basic or common sense they seemed. She never made us feel dumb, and always took the time to explain things clearly. Even on the days we didn’t find what we were looking for she still made sure it was a productive day and a fun one ❤️. We’re so grateful for her support and expertise, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find our home. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about Ms halls. She was very transparent and fought for us to get the best deal possible. We were originally looking to rent but the right agent definitely brings you a certain level of comfort with the craziness of the buying process and for us she is definitely it. She has officially been assigned as our realtor not changing anytime soon. If you are looking for someone she si definitely your go to.

Shenelle was an absolute dream of a realtor. My family and I were looking to relocate from Seattle WA to San Antonio TX. I reached out to a few realtors during our initial search, but instantly felt secure with Shenelle. She was so accommodating throughout the whole process. My husband and I both work full time with two small children, and being that there was a 3 hr time difference, Shenelle was readily available to us. Whether it be phone call, text, or video showings of homes, Shenelle was on it. Our situation having a home in WA and wanting to buy an additional home in TX was not an easy process, but Shenelle stuck it out and made it as stress free as possible. She is the realtor you want in your corner, someone who is truly looking out for you and your best interests. We would 10000% recommend Shenelle for anyone looking to relocate to San Antonio, and/or just looking in San Antonio in general!
