I am truly beyond grateful to have been able to work with shelly through the entire purchasing process. I can 100% say that she is an agent you want on your side. She made a process that is almost always hectic / stressful much more relaxed and we are so grateful for that.Every question we had was answered almost immediately. In this crazy market it’s stressful and exciting buying a house. Especially a first home. Shelly went above and beyond to make sure I got the best home for the best value. She was very attentive throughout the whole process. People say houses sell themselves but the amount of work and effort Shelly put in to my process I would not have been able to do it without her. Shelly and her team made our first homebuying experience very easy from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Most importantly, Shelly was just as critical of the houses we looked at as we were. I never felt like I was bothering anyone when I had questions, and the entire team took care of so much behind the scenes so we could focus on the rest of the homebuying process. Im glad we found a trustworthy real estate firm and realtor that we can look forward to working with again. Shelly was great to work with. We were moving from out of state so she was very helpful getting us up to speed with how things work in Texas. We also are very indecisive and she was so patient as we changed our minds and tried to see houses a 2nd time. She was there for the inspection since we couldnt be and we had a few issues come up with the sellers that she handled quickly and professionally.
