Shawna is AMAZING!! She has been the key to making our home buying process so much easier than it has been in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable about pretty much every aspect of the home buying process. We are purchasing a new build, which I have not done before, so I had about million questions. She was able to get every single one answered in a timely manner. I had some issues getting info from our loan officer and she was on top of it contacting them until they got back to me with the info I needed. The builder was offering really good incentives and Shawna actually helped us negotiate to get even more than they were offering! On top of all of that Shawna is super nice and fun to be around.
