We absolutely loved working with Dana Chase! She worked so hard to help us find the house that perfectly fit us. She was eager to help answer any of our questions and was kind and patient with us for our last minute requests to go see a new house that popped up. She was always excited to see us and we loved viewing houses with her. We miss seeing her so often! In our buying and selling process she also gave us great advice and did a fantastic job communicating with the other agents. We would 100% recommend her!

Weve used Shawn when looking for our home as well as investment properties and had a great experience! He was very patient and flexible when it came to viewing multiple properties (some multiple times) and was really persistent in looking for properties that met our specifications. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Bryan Hendricks. The most important thing to know is we bought a house in 2021, when real estate buyers woes are frequently news stories. Bryan worked tirelessly to find us a home and we even got it under asking price, even though most homes were going for WELL over asking price.Bryan is hard to explain, you have to work with him to appreciate him. He’s savvy, and quick to respond to emails. He frequently brought his ipad to house showings. If we weren’t his number one priority, we never knew any better.But he didn’t feel like a realtor. He showed up in his Chevy truck to all showings. Nothing flashy about it, but it runs well and gets jobs done. Just like Bryan. If Bryan is a millionaire, or struggling to pay bills, he would still show up in that same truck because it is reliable and works for him. He doesn’t care if we’re impressed by a Cadillac SUV, and we saw plenty of them with other realtors. Ask those Cadillac realtors if they got their clients a nice house, under budget, in this market.He looked more like an inspector when looking at houses, than a realtor. He pointed out problems, and gave suggestions and ball park estimates on costs. My wife and I LOVED one house, and he told us why it would be hard to sell it later. We moved on. Amazing honesty, that I can’t thank him enough for.This review is already too long. Picking a realtor is important. I hope you read this and I hope you choose Bryan. He knocked it out of the park for us, and here’s the kicker: he cost himself money in the process. Think about it. When homes were going for $10k or more (a lot more) OVER asking price, he helped us get a nice (turn key) house for UNDER asking price. He gets a percentage of that. He would have benefited more by a larger sale, but he put my wife and I first.Honesty and integrity. He’a an excellent realtor and a good, Godly, down to earth, man. In the future, there’s no other choice for my wife and I if we need a realtor. He proved himself in every way possible.
