Absolutely fantastic, amazing, fabulous and wonderful all at the same time. I took Shaunta on a roller coaster ride. I changed my mind a dozen times. But with every turn and move, she was on it. If patience were a realtor, it would be her. She stuck with me and I’m truly grateful to her for that.I am very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend Shaunta without hesitation.I also loved the fact that she’s a full time realtor, so I didn’t have to deal with waiting for her to get off work before I could view a property. Morning, middle of the day, late evening she was available and I liked that a lot.

Shaunta was absolutely phenomenal. I made the decision to move to Texas several months back and I wanted a property. I honestly had initially thought that maybe I might have had to rent for a while as I establish myself in Texas. However, I was wrong about that. Shaunta was very active in the house hunt and getting things handled in my tight and hectic timeline. Also, she is straight forward and will offer good advise to ensure you make an appropriate decision. Given all that, I was able to recently close on my new home that I am very happy with! Should I need a new property, I will definitely be calling her!

As scary of a process as buying a home is, youll want Shaunta in your corner while you do this. Shes kind, understanding, patient, and best of all knowledgeable. Allow me to explain why she stands above the rest. We didnt exactly know what we wanted. We knew what we could afford, where we wanted to live, and a lot of what we didnt want. With those limited details Shaunta was able to quickly dial in and offer us beautiful homes within our price range. Shaunta is amazing to work with. I had very little faith in finding a home in Texas and I had been working with realtors across the country to find something I was comfortable with. I can be a pill when I am unsure of something and this was my first home purchase.
