The BEST! Ronald Graham with Sharpstown Realty is the BEST choice for a hard-working, experienced and professional real estate agent. After my mother passed away, her house was so full of stuff that there was barely the ability to step in two feet at the front and back doors. Ronald was sensitive to my needs, helping me to hire people, giving them transportation and supervising them to efficiently facilitate cleaning out the house of all the stuff. He even helped with the cleaning himself, while he was constantly working on getting the yard and exterior of the house to look its best! He took over the burden of being sure the needed 5 roll-away dumpsters were delivered and carried away timely, so we could continue working through without having to wait. I told Ronald that I needed to make the most money possible on the sale of the house and he knew just how to do that by updating the house. I had to go back home out-of-state, and I trusted Ronald to work independently in my best interests renovating the house. Ronald is gifted. He did a beautiful job renovating the house without my having to use my own money. He gave my childhood home new life. His knowledge and skill for setting the sales price and negotiating with other clients and real estate agents was exemplary. We had a contract in 24 hours of the house going on the market.
