To some up my experience with Shanda HEAVEN SENT. My husband and myself had some challenges in the past with housing not being from this state and I was referred to Shanda. Shanda was amazing you listened to what I was looking for and executed every time. Shanda encouraged me the times I was beat out on an offer for a rental by another applicant until I found my perfect home. Shanda was very knowledgeable of the areas, school districts, and entertainment. There is so many positive things I can say about Shanda and I will continue to refer future customers to her.
