Our decision to move was a quick one. I was 5 months pregnant and we didn’t have time to lose. She cleared her calendar and over two weekends she showed us everything we could possibly see. She was patient with us as we went back to several houses multiple times. She added her expertise and opinions in a way that didn’t feel like pressure, but added value. Bryanna listened and provided great advice during the negotiations. We always felt like she was in our corner and had our best interests in mind. It was such a great experience!

Bryanna was great! She went through all the comps to provide us all the information. She works with a stager to ensure the house was in tip top shape for viewings. She has a number of contacts for repairs that needed to be made before listing it. We had a listing party/open house with a pizza truck when we first listed. She was very transparent and helped us through the entire process! Would definitely recommend.

There are realtors and then there’s Bryanna Roop. She is what people in the sports world would call ELITE status and truly in a league of her own. We were committed to Dallas and had zero intentions of moving but when the commute to Arlington became to much for my husband, she made Southlake an easy choice for us. Of course, we entered one of the most competitive markets in history and we would have honestly given up if we didn’t have her by our side. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and went above & beyond. She made sure we didn’t make any rushed decisions and assured us repeatedly we would end up exactly where we were meant to be. We were extremely nervous about uprooting our kids who had a solid circle of friends. Bryanna is very integrated in the community (sports, schools, you name it- she had a contact) and got us in touch with all the right people. It’s been a smooth transition and better than we could have ever imagined it would be.
