Karina is a pleasure to work with! We have worked with her a total of 4 times so far. Back in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, Karina helped us find a rental while we were out of state and moving to Texas. She was very helpful right from sharing videos on potential homes suited for our needs and negotiating on our behalf. A year later, she helped us buy a home and recently helped us with our current home and also in selling our previous home. She has great communication skills, understands individual needs, is very easy to work with and always offers an honest perspective into making a decision. She and Zar make a great team and we truly trust and enjoy working with them.

Second Review, January 2023: My second review follows, meaning we retained Karina (Seabrook Real Estate) to sell a second property for us, this time in January 2023. Google says I already reviewed this place which is what happens to a company like Karinas -- repeat customers.We asked Karina to sell our home in Brook Forest during a challenging time in the market -- interest rates up, buyer activity down, and a generally unsettled economic time. Not surprisingly, she brought her A game and did the hard work needed to sell the property quickly and efficiently.She was honest and informative from the beginning, giving us realistic estimates of the time to close a sale and what we needed to hasten that process. She used open houses (many!) to gather feedback from potential buyers about how they viewed the property and worked with us to make the property more saleable in real time. Her market knowledge, energy, enthusiasm, and integrity make her a valued partner when buying or selling a property. Still five stars!____________________First Review, January 2021: Energetic, dedicated, highly motivated, professional, knowledgeable and ethical -- in short, when you work with Karina to buy or sell a property youve increased your probability of success by a wide margin. Very recently placed my Condo in Seabrook up for lease. It was leased within the first 3 days of listing. Karina was very professional and prompt with all of prep work required to get my unit ready for showing. I was in the process of relocating to San Antonio for work so she was able to work around my schedule.
