Jeff was wonderful and so patient during our year-long search for a house in this insane market. At the end, he helped find a perfect house for our growing family. His client service was great and he responded to emails, texts, and calls at all hours. Hes very knowledgeable about the housing market and the various neighborhoods. I would definitely recommend Jeff to my friends and family - thumbs up! Thank you again for helping us to find our beautiful home!

When I needed to sell my house I interviewed a few people and no one really stood out until I met Jeff. He obviously knew what he was doing and I thought he would be the best one to help. I was right! Jeff and his team provided excellent service and really showed me what to do. My biggest beef with most service people is the lack of communication. That was certainly not the situation with Jeff. He provided me with all the information I needed and more importantly, quickly returned all my text, emails and calls. I would recommend him to anyone!

When we needed to sale our home we interviewed four real estate agents before settling on Jeff. He not only had extensive knowledge about the area but he also had experience that far out weighed other agents. Some of the other agents we interviewed had nearly the same number of years as Jeff but the difference was the number of sellers and buyers he has worked with. This experience was helpful during the the transition because he knew how to stage our home and then price it so we could obtain the maximum amount of equity possible. Then he helped us find a home and totally out negotiated the other agent!I enjoyed working with Jeff and when the time comes to move again, he is the one I will call!

Jeff ROCKS! When we first met with him he told us what we needed to do to get the most money. We did what he said and priced the home for more than I actually thought it was worth but Jeff was right. We sold our home in a day for full price. Amazing! If I had to move again I would not hesitate to call Jeff. He just really is an awesome guy and fantastic agent!

Jeff and Sharon are a great realtor team. When we started looking for someone to sell our home, we wanted local to Allen. They know how to sell homes in Allen, not just N Texas. They have simple pricing, are straight forward, long time Allen residents just like us. Their expertise help us get the home ready, with all the important tips some of which we missed, excellent staging, the photos blew me away when they posted to the MLS website. That quality sold our home, the buyer could see the fine detail of our master bath & tile work and she fell in love. When we texted they answered immediately, when we emailed they responded within minutes, and when we called - they answered days and evenings plus weekend. Painless, quick, easy and sold for more than we were asking within first week. Can’t go wrong with these folks, don’t get lost in some huge impersonal realtor firm.

Moving to an unknown area can be an extremely stressful endeavor. Although my husband and I were looking forward to this new chapter and adventure in our lives, we were also very nervous to be moving so far from close friends and family. After meeting a couple of questionable realtors, we were so fortunate to find the ever so knowledgeable and resourceful team of Sharon and Jeff. They were very patient with us, answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease. They always took the time to talk to us and fully understand both our wants and needs, which enabled them to help us find our ideal home and location. Being in a new city, it was very important to us to find real people that we could trust and that would clearly communicate. We find Sharon and Jeff to be articulate, kind and professional real estate experts. We consider them our first friends.

Sharon is the hardest working agent Ive ever seen. Very concerned with what the buyer wants and then is diligent about finding exactly what you ask for! She is on top of every question and concern you might have about selling or buying your house! Shes also extremely honest. I never doubted her advice or business dealing even once! She got it right every time. I would never consider using any other agency for realty! Ive sold one house and bought two houses with Sharon. She provided me with great peace of mind and really straightforward answers!
