    Sarah is an excellent realtor! My family and I were relocating from out of state and I was still commuting during the house-searching process. Sarah was very accommodating to our situation and when I couldn’t be there she would visit properties for us and give us virtual tours. We trusted Sarah to fill in the gaps for us on things we couldn’t see in person. In our experience, we were trying to buy a home during a hectic time in the housing market. Sarah was not only very knowledgeable on all things in real estate, but she was keen as to what the fair value was for properties, which in most cases varied greatly from asking price. This helped us purchase a house that we really liked but wouldn’t have buyer’s remorse for overpaying.
