Best experience working with a realtor, EVER!!! I put off writing this review because it’s hard to explain how great she is without writing a whole book! To spare you a chapter book full of endless stories to support my review of Sarah, and the many reasons why I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, I’ll limit it to this…If you choose to work with Sarah, you will:- Gain a strong network of local professionals- Enjoy the process of buying/selling- See homes that actually fit your criteria- Gain insight into all of the different builders in the area, for example; what to expect from them, the quality differences, areas you can negotiate, and so on.- Not feel rushed or pressured in any way.- Be invited to company holiday events throughout the year- Be able to trust her and know she has your best interest in mind, not hers, when going to the negotiating table.- Feel confident that you got a good deal, for the current market, and not have buyers remorse.- The list goes on…This is the fourth home I’ve bought, and Sarah made this whole process my smoothest and most stress-free experience yet! Sarah helped us find our dream first home. She was very patient with us and not pushy. She knew we had a strict budget and found us a new build in the neighborhood we wanted with a 3.99% interest rate with builder incentives. She was very thorough with our house inspection and really cares about her clients. She was extremely quick to respond with all our needs and really listened to our wants as well. I highly highly recommended using her as your Realitor. She is truly the very best!!

Sarah is ALWAYS 110% on top of everything and super attentive to every detail, ensuring our first time home buying journey went perfectly! She went above and beyond her line of duty for my family making phone calls, emails, setting up appointments, helping spot things out on our walk throughs (Short story on our walk throughs - my wife and I missed but thankfully Sarah found, broken glass/cracks in the top corners of 2 huge windows which the builders had to replace before closing saving us thousands of dollars! She noticed the other newbuilds had porch lights and ours was missing! She found our cabinets where not leveled to even noticing different color shades of light bulbs installed which were cooler than the neighboring warmer color light bulbs that should have been matching! My wife and I were trying our best but distracted/excited at the same time about our new home but thankfully Sarah is and was always on her A+ game and watching out for us and saved us so much money from having to hire an electrician for the porch light and a multitude of other things the builder had to address before closing. If it wasnt for Sarah being there and her unmatched attention to detail and vigilance, we would have signed off on the final builder walk through & closed with a handful of problems we were bound to find as time passed...Sarahs level of experience and expertise managing everything from start to finish was truly the biggest blessing we could ask for. Every detail along this process was handled with the up most professionalism, clarity, and thoughtfulness for my familys first home. She gets things done and makes RESULTS happen in your best interests. She was on time and made every meeting and brought so much knowledge to the table that my wife and I didnt even think of asking or noticing. She took time out of her day and night ANYTIME we needed her expertise to address any concerns or questions we had with the builder/lender/title and she would stay on top of everything until the issues/questions/concerns were addressed, resolved, and corrected to perfection. She was an absolute blessing to work with and my family was very lucky to have her on our side. House hunting can be very stressful, but Sarah has gone beyond her duty as our agent and help us to find a perfect home. She is always listens to our need, communicates all the details with us, and takes great care of us. Sarah also knows the greater Austin/Round Rock/Cedar Park/Liberty Hill/Pflugerville area really well and has great inputs/recommendations on which area is best for us. Sarah is the best agent that we ever have. In addition, she knows many trust worthy contractors and inspectors that we can use and afford. Not only Sarah is a great agent, her entire team is great. Sarah was amazing from the moment we met her to joining us at the signing table -on her birthday even!! She stuck with us through some tough things and gave us such great encouragement. Each time we did a price improvement, she hit it on the mark. We got a full price offer and I know she was the reason. She is the first realtor we’ve had who has truly gone above and beyond. She took the time to listen to our wants and needs and actively searched for homes, always willing to go look at one we or she might find. Knowing our wants, she actively provided help even when we were already in our option period when she found out we went 100% certain with our choice. Once we were in our final few weeks of closing she was in constant contact and always willing to help us get in to get bids from contractors. We are so grateful to have had Sarah here to help us buy this house and can’t wait till we can use her again in selling our former home.
