Susanna helped me through 3 different real estate transactions. She helped me sell and buy. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and always works to get her client the best deal. To be honest she went above and beyond the call of duty a few times. There was times that things came up that needed my attention but I was unavailable at that moment and she took the initiative to help me. One example, there was a leak that happened at one of my properties and I could not get there quickly so she took the initiative to go and place a bucket and clean up the water that had spilled and offered to wait for my roof guy to show up.
