From the first meeting, she was able to simply explain what the process was going to look like, how theyre able to help, and wanted to know what goals we had in selling. Sally saved us when we were in a bind. We had changed realtors three times because there was no urgency to our situation- we had less than a month to find a home while being out of state. Scary!!! From the very first call, she was on it, she sent us homes to look at online, she drove to them and sent full videos for us. Her expertise really shined when certain issues came up with homes; such as foundation issues, weird floor plans, etc. She also helped us with an amazing loan officer, Jamie, who was able to get us the best deal out there. In addition, she gave us tips on how to better market our other home for potential tenants. The home buying process would’ve been tremendously difficult if we didn’t find her. Over the course of buying, we completely switched areas, bid on a number of homes that we were outbid on, and none the less Sally supported us every step of the way.When we finally found a home and had an offer accepted, we had difficulty with financing (due to a recent job change to a new city and company) and had to start over with a new mortgage originator.
