Its been a pleasure working with Stacey from Sage Wilson! She was very patient and detailed-oriented in showing us homes in different neighborhoods around Austin. She was knowledgeable about established neighborhoods, new builds, even environmental easements ! She was especially cognizant about the kind of neighborhood we wanted to raise a family in, which was our top priority.During our house hunting process, we might have seen over 50 different homes but she was always patient and never pressured us to buy when we werent ready.She was very professional and knowledgeable in drafting a competitive offer when we found the house we loved, and it was accepted. Stacey constantly kept in touch with us during escrow and made sure title commitments were in order. She also referred us to great contractors to complete some work on our new home. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Erik and the Sage Wilson Property Group on both the purchase and sale of our home. Erik is extremely knowledgeable about the Austin housing market and helped us narrow down where to focus our search. He spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for in a home, which required a lot of patience on his behalf! His responsiveness and ability to move quickly when we were ready to put in an offer allowed us to land our dream home in Austin. When we were moving out of Austin, we immediately knew who we were going to work with to sell our home.
