I can’t thank Cody enough for her professional assistance in helping me find my dream home and sell my current home.Cody recommended that I add a home warranty when I signed up with here to sell my home. Boy I am glad she did. The buyer wanted me to replace the downstairs HVAC unit. I didn’t have that replacement planned nor did I want to invest in the new HVAC. Well Cody’s advice save me big time. Outside of the cost for the home warranty which was waaaaaay less than a HVAC replacement. I was able to get the JVAC replaced for $75. Not only that Cody was able to get us closed on selling my old house and buying my new house with in 13 days of one another.She will go the extra mile, do the extra work and is a very active realtor who is always working on behalf of her current and future clients.Ethically she is off the chart. She will tell you what you don’t want to hear to protect you even if it means her losing a deal. She wants to truly focus on the Win, Win, Win strategy. Creating wins for her clients be they sellers or buyers.
