Ive worked with Ryan Ward of RW Properties for 3 real estate deals at this point. Two for flipping, while the other was building our personal residence with a local builder. Ryan is by FAR the best Realtor Ive ever worked with. Hes professional, prompt, thorough, and makes your priorities his priorities. Hes easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. If you choose to go with Ryan, you should feel extremely confident in the sell or purchase of a property. He walks you through staging and pricing in the most competitive way possible. We received more than we were anticipating with both sales we did with him. He also was able to be the perfect liaison with our builder allowing us to get the best purchase price possible. Any errors made by the builder, Ryan addressed, and took away all the stress. Hes there from start to closing and was amazing to work with. I will continue to use him for all real estate deals moving forward and recommend him to all my friends and family. A TRUE GEM amongst the competitive DFW real estate scene.

I moved to TX in 2009 and met Ryan shortly thereafter. In 2010 Ryan worked with me to find a house to buy. At this time I was working in Iraq so time back in the United States was very limited. Ryan never let up on the search for my home. We found a home That was perfect. Ryan made the house buy process easy as it went through without any issues. So 10 years later when I decided to sell my home I knew exactly who I was calling. In a very tough market, Ryan was able to get my house sold. Not only did he get it sold but Ryan made it happen without having to take a hit and lowering my price. Ryan’s knowledge and commitment to his client is unmatched. Wouldnt recommend anyone else but Nick Getzendanner to friends or family. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and is very dedicated to getting you what you want in the very exciting but stressful process of house hunting. If youre tired of people with poor to no communication, who rarely return your calls then look no farther. This is our familys second house purchase in the last couple years as our very first purchase really deterred us from wanting to buy again. We had a pretty awful first time experience with poor communication from our lender at the time, and requests to submit the same documents numerous times. It was a headache! Nick really made this second experience for us so worth while though. He was always in communication with us, guiding us along the way with nothing but our best interest at heart. We really couldnt have asked for a better agent and we are so grateful to have been able to work with him. I can say that experience really does make a difference in certain situations, especially in finding your dream home. Im aware everyone has to start somewhere but if you were going to get your hair cut, and you had option A just finished school hairdresser or option B 20 year hairstylist youll more then likely choose option B. Unless you do not mind the possible risk of butched hair then you might choose A, lol. Its the same concept essentially when finding the right, experienced agent in your home search. Lastly we have nothing but great respect and admiration towards our vets and Nick is a Veteran which is even cooler! Thank you for your service to all of us Americans and fighting for our freedom but mostly for all your hard work in getting us the house of our dreams!
