Top-line service. Customized care. There are many more superlatives for Russell Realty, but let’s get to it. Charles and Bethany Russell are simply the best, whether you’re buying or selling your home. From getting your home ready for the market (marketing, staging, etc.) to house hunting, the Russell’s have got you every step of the way. Their support staff is amazing, and they treat you - truly - like family. I only wish there more than 5 stars to give.

Charles and Bethany Russell have helped us on three separate transactions now and have helped our family members additionally as well. They are the highest quality of professionals and are our go-to for any of our real estate questions or needs. They go above and beyond answering questions and taking action if necessary even well outside of normal business hours. On top of that they truly listen to your goals and needs and proactively make you aware of details you may have missed. Of the three transactions we have done with them they helped us purchase two properties below list and sell one property significantly above ask and with multiple offers in a matter of 1-2 days. I think this speaks again to their market knowledge and their marketing expertise on the sales side. Again, we can not say enough good things about Charles, Bethany and their team, we will definitely be working with them again on our next transaction!

Their team is so professional and worked hard to help us get top dollar for our house even in the midst of the COVID Spring. They also helped us navigate all the confusing steps in the Texas real estate process combined with complying with a relocation company’s requirements.They did everything they promised when we interviewed them and more. We were challenged by the Russells to do a little more to repaint a few rooms and declutter in some areas to get buyer-ready.
