We couldnt have had a better realtor! Not only we were treated greatly but the process was smooth and very quick.We had worked very hard for 11 years just to be able to qualify for a home loan and Russ made sure that our efforts werent waisted.One of my main concerns when Im looking to make a purchase is not being push to buy something I didnt choose or push to pay a price Im not comfortable with.Our experience was exiting instead of stressful and Russ made sure to work with our work and family schedule sacrificing his own home and family time so we wouldnt have to.We are very grateful and highly recommend Russell Pickens for yalls next property purchase 🙂

Mr. Pickens was more than helpful during my purchase of a Commercial Building in Seven Points Texas. He negotiated until we achieved the price we wanted to pay. He then directed us to the Title Company and helped with this paperwork. Mr. Pickens was just a fabulous Realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Russ was the BEST realtor EVER!! He was always attentive, responsive, professional and timely! In all my dealings with realtors I have never had one that truly listened and took the time for me. He treated me as a person and not a financial number! We were 100% THRILLED with his services and we will be using him again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Russ was very professional. Walked me through every step. It had been a long time since I purchased a house. He was always responsive when I called and answered all of my questions. He work really hard to get my house sold and get into a different house. I will call him again when I move again.
