Im a first time home buyer and was a little scared because of hearing horror stories about realtors so was very nervous in the beginning. When I started working with Robert all those feeling went out the door. Robert is hands down the best realtor/person you can ask for. From the beginning he explained the process and was there everything I called him or texted. If there was 10 stars I would put them because hes the best. Stop looking anywhere else and call Robert Ruiz!!!!!!!!!!

Robert took care of the selling of my mothers house in seguin. He had to deal with an unrealistic buyer that was causing my mother to stress over the sell of the house. He was there every step of the way and assured her all was going to work out well. At the last minute the buyer wanted a new door at an unreasonable price my mother was ready to walk away from the deal but Robert took money from his commission to satisfy the buyer and get moms house sold. I can say that Robert is a top notch realtor and will go far above what is required for his client but most importantly Robert is an outstanding and trustworthy person. We bought a new construction 5 bedroom home from D R Horton. Rob was with us through the entire process. Since he was familiar with them, he knew how to maximize incentives and got us a great deal. He also advocated on our behalf with the builder and addressed our concerns as they came up during construction. It never mattered what time it was, Rob was always willing and available to help. His expertise, attention to detail, and fast response times greatly eased the buying process and took a lot of fear and worry away. Call him TODAY! Thanks for a job well done Rob!

My wife was very particular about what she wanted In a home and Robert was very patient with her. He found us a home that checked all my wifes boxes. He was with us every step of the way. We were having some issues with the builder and Robert made sure that they did everything they promised to do. If you want a realtor who has your back and treats you like family and not just another client, then Robert is definitely the right realtor for you!
