We interviewed some Realtors that specialize in Sun City. My wife and I have 22 combined years with a Realtor license ourselves so we had a good idea of the process. Brian Rugg was an easy choice. He listened well to our story and our needs. We crafted a plan and Brian executed to perfection. We also had interaction with Mary Bahe of his office for she brought a buyer to us. She also exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for experienced andprofessional Realtors, definitely give them a call.

Worked with Brian for the third time in two years. He really knows the Sun City market and my dealings all turned out fantastic. His work with two existing homes was awesome, but using him when building our new Pulte home was invaluable. I would have thought all new home sales staff were the same, but that isnt true. Brians recommendation turned out to be a much better building experience than other buyers. New or pre existing, I would definitely recommend talking to Brian before doing anything.

We were impressed with Jeanne Brown even before we met her in Georgetown. She responded quickly to our introductory email, then arranged to be present while we met with the Sun City sales person to discuss the possibilities of building. The following day Jeanne took us to the numerous existing homes we had on our list and added a few others she thought might meet our needs. In a whirlwind couple of days she arranged with the homeowner for us to come back 2 more times, walked us through the ins and outs of the offer, and was an able negotiator. We would recommend Jeanne to anyone seeking to buy or sell a house in the Georgetown area. She is a knowledgeable and able realtor as well as fun to be with.

Rug Realty is fantastic! I moved to Sun City a in 2012 and they provided me with everything you would expect in a good real estate agency. Brian Rugg was my initial contact and took great pains to show me properties and familiarize me with the community. Three months later when I was ready to make the move I then was put in the capable hands of Jeanne Cours Brown, an agent in his office. She was the perfect match for me and her professional demeanor and knowledge of the area was impressive. Soon I was moving into my new home and she was there to make that transition easy also. Later I leased my property and called Jeanne to handle that process. Wow! Is she good at writing a lease contract. If you are looking for a good agency and professional agents to assist in your move, you cant go wrong with Rugg Realty.

We werent even sure we were going to buy in Sun City, but we spent 3 different days looking at houses and what all Sun City has to offer with our realtor, Jeanne Cours, and we knew it was the place for us. Jeannes personal knowledge of Sun City was great. She knows the place inside and out! We worked with Jeanne for 3 months before we finally put a contract the house we now call home! Jeanne was right there all the way, taking care of our needs and answering questions. Being 3 hours away from Sun City while we were under contract was so much easier with Jeanne than with any other realtor weve ever worked with.
