We moved this fall from NY State to Texas and were lucky enough to end up working with Jaime Rowan in our search for a new house. Jaime is a class act! I began working with her last summer to sell my home after she was highly recommended. From start to finish, I had *hands down* the best experience working with her and was so grateful for Jaimes expertise, best judgement, and candidness. Not only is she a real estate agent and broker, she also has experience inspecting homes and was able to view my house from a unique perspective before the buyers inspector came in. Talk about a triple threat!!Jaime also invested in professional photography and made my house SHINE! Every step of the way, I took her honest feedback to heart because she truly wanted me to make the most money from my house that I could. When it was all said and done, I walked away with 7 over-asking offers and no repairs from the final buyers. Jaime 100% made sure the process on my end was seamless and boy did she deliver.Ive found my realtor for life and will be using her services to buy another home in the next year or two. If I could give Jaime of Rowan Properties more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I loved the entire experience of purchasing a home with Jaime. She is knowledgable, respectful, honest, and did everything in her power to find the perfect home for our family. She was communicative throughout the entire process and took time to get to know my husband and I and clarify exactly what we were looking for to get us in the right home. I will give her name to everyone I know who is in the market for a new home and we will definitely be using her again when the time comes to move.

Jaime sold two properties for us in 2021. She was extremely pleasant, very professional, and most definitely pro-active. Both our properties sold immediately and at/or over listing price. Jaime made herself available to us at all times and was very patient with all the questions we had throughout the process. It is also important to note that we live in WV and were selling two properties in TX. We worked remotely with Jaime from the listing all the way through the closing. She was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

Working with Jamie made all the difference in the world. Searching for and finally purchasing a home can be an arduous task with tons of ups and downs. Having Jamie to search and show us homes was like having a good friend show us the ins and outs what each house had to offer. Jamie is knowledgeable in what to look for and what red flags to not ignore. She is friendly, professional, easy going, and ready to go to bat for you. She is definitely the agent we will be going with when/if we ever choose to buy another house. I highly recommend her and her services.

I reached out to Jaime the end of 2019 and started looking for a house to purchase. Then COVID-19 and the shutdown happened and my duty hours changed as a result, but I continued to look at houses with Jaime. She told me what to look for and we made a lot of showing appointments. Towards the end, the stress started to take its toll and I finally broke down during a showing. After gaining my composure, we went and looked at 2 finally houses of which I made a bid on and it was excepted. However, it fell through since the owner decided to take some short cuts and not get city permits. Jaime made a house recommendation and I drove by the house and told Jaime that this was the house. We did a walk through and it genuinely felt like home. We ended up closing the deal and now I am a home owner, as of May 2020. Jaime was supportive and inciteful. She was also someone I leaned on when things started feeling overwhelming. Simply put Jaime is superb at finding out what you are looking for in a house and helping you find the right fit for you. I cannot say thank you enough to Jaime.

Jaime Rowan is obsessed. She will find you the house you want. She will have the answers to your difficult questions because she knows all the angles. She will have the answers to your stupid little questions and will make you feel good for asking.She will pick up the phone.If you have a specific problem, she knows a guy. If you ask for remodeling advice, she will have it and it will be tasteful. You will ride waves of emotion throughout the process and she will offer sound guidance. Ive never met anyone so genuinely interested in real estate.
