    I contacted the Re/Max team to find a rental property as a first time renter, therefore I was quite uneducated with real estate and needed a lot of assistance. My realtor, Heather Anderson, took special interest in finding a property that was right for me and my family. We had a stressed time frame in which we were finding a home, and Ms. Anderson made my case a priority by responding to all of my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. After working with the Re/Max team, I did not feel naive to the home renting process because they took time to explain each step and had a plethora of resources to consult. During the tour of the home that we ended up renting, the homeowner was in the process of fixing a few appliances and Ms. Anderson made our stance known that we requested those to be fixed before the move in date. She followed up with the homeowner, checking in on the progress to make sure that we were taken care of. She worked with us through the rental lease agreement and explained each part. I feel that the level of service and expertise with the Re/Max agents was unmatched by any other realty company.
