    I have been using Anthony Cedano for home locating services since 8/2019 (prior to his time at Rogers Healy and Associates) and within that time period he has found me 2 amazing complexes that I could call “home.” With his awesome track record on finding me and my spouse two places that not only fit our budget, but checked off all our amenity boxes, we knew we had to use him again to find our rental home. He made us aware of how tough it was to find rental homes in the DFW area, and we saw first-hand how competitive the market was as one-after-another our favorite homes were being snatched off the market in a matter of days from when we became aware of them. He never let us get discouraged, kept us informed, drove from Dallas to DEEP McKinney (twice), and kept us abreast of any changes that were occurring within the ever-changing market. Let me tell ya this, this is how SUPER Anthony is: Due to us dragging our feet, we had given him a month to find our new home. A MONTH in this chaos of a market, and not only did he do so, but he also got us the one we REALLY had to have. Being first time home renters, he advised us every step of the way. He made sure that our offer was competitive among other applicants by telling us where we could have an edge, i.e. extending the rental term and adding more to the monthly rent. We were selected above the other applicants and now we are in our beautiful 2,045 sqft home, loving our massive white marble island and large kitchen, ready to entertain in our yard covered in beautiful stone overlays, enjoying customizing our massive bedroom, and feeling excited that we are minutes from Downtown McKinney. There’s so much more I can say, but my last words are this:Anthony has a knack for communication and always delivers quality customer service, quick responses, and stays on top of follow-ups. I will LITERALLY never use anyone else, nor recommend anyone else as much as I would Anthony! I can be very bothersome and ask tons of questions, but he is the kindest, most patient soul and I SO appreciate him for that. No one will work harder for YOU to acquire your dream home than this guy!

    Leslie Alonzo from Rogers Healy has been such an amazing help! She helped me rent out a house, and let me just say she went above and beyond! You think she would put more effort if you were buying however even with me just renting she did everything she possibly could to get me what I was looking for. When I say she is an exceptional realtor I really do mean it. She puts her self completely into it. No matter what you are looking to do expect nothing but the best from her.     Weve had a wonderful experience of cooperation with Rogers Healys agent Irina Bobrenkova. We were looking for a house which would meet pretty many requirements: big enough for 6 members family, reasonable price, good location and schools, good builder, and so on.     Was on the fence considering whether or not I should use a realtor to help me locate and apartment, but after reaching out to Carson I realized I had instantly made the right decision. Within an hour of contacting him I was on the phone with him and my roommate discussing what we were looking for in an apartment.
